Purchasing and Payment

Pricing
All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed. This constitutes acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract.

Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment via:

Email with download links
Access to a secure download area on our website

It is your responsibility to:

Provide a valid email address
Check spam/junk folders for delivery emails
Download products within 30 days from purchase

If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact us at neurola.nutrition@gmail.com.

Refund and Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, for digital products (e-books, planners, templates, meal plans, email courses, and other downloadable resources), you expressly waive this right at the time of purchase by confirming the following at checkout:
"I agree that the download/access begins immediately upon purchase, and I acknowledge that I thereby lose my 14-day right of withdrawal."

This waiver is only valid if confirmed at the time of purchase. If this confirmation is given, we are unable to offer refunds once the product has been delivered and access has been granted.

Exceptions — when we will issue a refund

Technical issues preventing product delivery that we cannot resolve
Duplicate purchases made in error

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to neurola.nutrition@gmail.com with your order details.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Hungarian or EU consumer protection law.

Prohibition on AI Training
