Neurola Nutrition

Built by a dietitian. Lived by a neurodivergent brain.

Neurola exists because traditional nutrition advice tends to miss the mark for brains like ours — and I know this firsthand.

I'm a late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult living with Autism, ADHD and Bipolar. I've navigated the overwhelm, the executive dysfunction, the sensory challenges and the motivation swings that make everyday eating so much harder than it needs to be.

Honestly, part of why I became a dietitian was to understand my own relationship with food — and to find what actually works for a brain like mine.

Now I bring both sides to Neurola:
the lived experience, and the science behind it.

What Neurola stands for

Evidence-based approach

Everything I create is rooted in nutrition science, neuroscience, and behaviour research — no shortcuts, no trends.

Low-overwhelm design

Simple frameworks, visual breakdowns, short lessons and easy steps. If it’s complicated, it doesn’t make it into Neurola.

ND-Affirming philosophy

No judgement, no pressure, no “just try harder”. Your brain isn’t the problem — the system is.

Inclusivity & accessibility

Sensory-friendly alternatives, flexible routines, adaptable structures that meet you where you are.

Lived-experience understanding

This isn’t theory. It’s my own daily reality — and the reason Neurola exists.

Nourishment over perfection

Realistic, sustainable nutrition — no restrictive rules, no all-or-nothing pressure.

Living with executive dysfunction, sensory challenges and routine difficulties makes 'just eat healthy' feel impossible.

Neurola exists because nutrition support should be grounded in both science and real ND experience — not just theory.
