Nutrition that works with your brain —
not against it.
Practical nutrition support for ADHD, autistic and neurodivergent brains — and for anyone who finds that eating feels more stressful than it should.

Your brain works differently —
your nutrition system should, too.
Hi, I'm Bogi — a dietitian and late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult living with ADHD, autism, bipolar and RSD.
I spent years trying to make mainstream nutrition advice work for a brain that simply doesn't operate that way. Neurola exists because I couldn't find what I needed — so I built it.
Everything here comes from both sides: the science, and the lived experience of someone who genuinely gets it.
The problem
Too many decisions and too many steps can quickly overwhelm the executive function.
What can help
Simple, guided structures that take the thinking out of it — so you can just follow along.
The result
A calmer, more predictable routine that supports your energy, focus and day-to-day wellbeing.
Made for neurodivergent adults who want nutrition that actually fits their brain.
-
Traditional meal planning feels exhausting — too many steps, too many decisions at once.
-
Forgetting to eat — or suddenly realising you're completely overwhelmed with hunger.
-
Cooking feels like too many steps when executive function is low.
-
Sensory challenges, texture issues or unpredictable appetite make eating feel complicated.
-
Eating the same safe foods on repeat — or avoiding entire food groups due to texture or taste.
-
The mental load of grocery shopping, planning and preparing feels disproportionately heavy.
-
Food routines that work for a while, then suddenly stop working.
-
Energy and focus tend to crash throughout the day, often without an obvious reason.
